      Place value is the value of a digit as determined by its position in a number, the name of the place or location of a digit in a number. 
       Ex: What Is The Place Value of 5 in 145,160?
              -The Place Value of 5 is Thousands
       
       While value is a particular digit in a number.
       Ex: What is the value of 6 in 145,160
              -The value is 60
       
       Expanded form is the number separated into its groups so 100,000+40,000+5,000+100+60. 
       When The Number is zero you dont have to put +0 you will just continue with the next number.
       
       Word Form of 145,160 is One Hundred Fourty-five Thousands, One hundred Sixty.
